OUR STORY

Twenty-two years of telling women it was just aging.

Dr. Carol Reyes spent her career in general dentistry. Mineraly exists because of the part of that career she could never get comfortable with.

Dr. Carol Reyes, DDS

22 YEARS IN GENERAL PRACTICE

Most of her patients in the second half of her career were women between fifty and sixty-five. They came in with the same three things: teeth that hurt with cold water, gums that had crept back, enamel that had thinned at the gumline.

She recommended what there was to recommend. Sensitivity toothpaste. Prescription-strength paste. Deep cleanings. A night guard if they were grinding. And six months later, most of them were sitting in the same chair, no better, being told some version of “this is just what happens.”

What bothered her was that it wasn't a lie, exactly. Enamel does thin with age, with medication, with dry mouth, with hormonal change. It was just an explanation offered in place of a solution.

The thing she kept coming back to

Enamel is roughly ninety-seven percent hydroxyapatite. It is a mineral. When people lose enamel, what they have lost is mineral, and the obvious response is to put mineral back.

The science on that is not new or fringe. Hydroxyapatite has been used in oral care in Japan for decades. What Dr. Reyes could not get past was the delivery problem: nearly every product built around remineralisation is a paste, and paste is a format designed to be brushed on and immediately rinsed off.

Two minutes of contact, then the sink. The mineral barely has time to touch the tooth, let alone work its way into the microscopic damage along the gumline where the thinning is worst.

She used to describe it to patients as watering a garden by pointing a hose at it for thirty seconds. The water goes somewhere. It just never soaks in.

She retired in 2019 — not because she'd stopped caring, but because she'd run out of things to recommend that she actually believed in. Then she spent two years reading remineralisation research and working with a formulator to solve the delivery problem instead of the ingredient one.

WHAT SHE BUILT

Change the format, not the mineral.

A chew instead of a paste. You take it after brushing, it dissolves slowly over about thirty seconds, and the mineral stays on the tooth surface for hours afterwards while your saliva carries it into the pores and cracks in the enamel.

Nothing to rinse. Nothing to wait for. The same mineral everyone else is putting in a tube, in a format that actually leaves it where it needs to be.

That is the whole idea. We call it Direct Mineral Delivery because everything else — paste, strips, rinses — is indirect by design.

How it works, in detail
  • We explain, we don't promise

Every claim on this site comes with a reason attached. If we can't tell you why something works, we don't put it in front of you.

  • Slow is the honest answer

Remineralisation takes weeks, not days. We'd rather tell you that up front and give you ninety days than oversell a fortnight.

  • No plastic, anywhere

Amber glass, wooden lid, compostable refill pouches, paper-and-pulp shipping. It costs us more. It was not a difficult decision.

Ninety days to decide for yourself.

If you get to the end of them and honestly can't feel a difference, email us and we'll refund you. No forms, no return shipping.
